2012 British Enduro Championship – final round is definitely ON

Preparations are well in hand to end the 2012 British Enduro Championship on a high note at the Eelmoor Enduro, on Saturday and Sunday 13th and 14th October. Rumours had been circulating that the event may be cancelled due to lack of entries, the weather or whatever else – but this is incorrect and ‘pulling the plug’ has never been discussed by the organising team.

Going into the last round, some of the championships have clear leaders, but at the end of the series (i.e. Sunday night), only the best six days from the eight run in 2012 are added together. Cancellation of two rounds in the middle of the year has reduced the opportunity for ‘runaway leaders’!

There’s a good road into the site which is off the A323 between Aldershot and Fleet and just four miles from Junction 4 of the M3. Nearest postcode for satnavs is GU11 2HL.

The action starts at 10:00am on Saturday and 9:00am on Sunday. For further information, see the South Eastern Enduro Combine website,www.seecenduro.co.uk
