Gallery from AMCA Rugby at Crick
Weeks of bad weather and cancelled meetings were finally broken this weekend with Rugby hosting their AMCA meeting at Crick. Even on Thursday it looked as though the meeting would be a washout with three inches of standing water in some places but the club took a gamble and decided to run. A good call as the track turned out great.
Practice started slippery as the groups churned away through the grass but the MX1 Experts finished mowing the lawn in the first race of the day to reveal all the grip you could wish for. As the day wore on the natural track started to rough up and made it quite hard going for everyone towards the end but overall a good meeting and run flawlessly by Rugby club.
