So many Brit riders are making the trip to California to ride motocross one because its damn cool and secondly its great fun waking up to the sun everyday.

Will Worden, Lee Skinner and pro BMX’ers Kye Forte and Ross Broughton are four riders taking time out Stateside to just that ride motocross and hit a few BMX parks as they go.

Will decided to write a diary of his exploits of what the crew get upto in California – so here’s part one of their trip.

The four of us myself Will Worden, Lee skinner and Professional Bmx riders Kye Forte and Ross Broughton arrived at Ride California late on Sunday night, I was really amazed with the size of the house here its massive with a really nice swimming pool.

All of us feeling a bit Jet lagged took to bed early on Sunday night.

Monday – came around quickly and we were all up at 6am because our body clocks wouldn’t let us sleep any later. We got all of our gear together and headed off to Starwest to go riding. There had been a lot of rain in California last week so the tracks had a lot of moisture left in them which was really good because the tracks rutted up loads, which made it the total opposite of what they are usually like. I rode a Kawasaki 250f today, which was really good through the ruts and handled like a dream.

Tuesday we all built our Bmx’s up and went for a cycle down to the local supermarket to stock up on food and necessities we all needed. Then we headed off to Chaparral.
