Britain's Dean Wilson finishes second in West Coast Supercross championship

Dean Wilson’s season is far from over after finishing in second position in this years West Coast Lites championship, Dean heads outdoors for the first round at Hangtown on May 19th where the young Brit is hoping to defend his 2011 title with another win in 2012.

“The West coast main event went really well,” said Wilson. “Obviously I wanted to win, but I came through the pack really well and felt good on the bike. I was confident going into the shootout, but ended up jumping off the track and couldn’t find a spot to get back on. I finished second in the points and I’m leaving Las Vegas in one piece, so I’m looking forward to outdoors.”

Good luck to Dean at Hangtown, everyone here is rooting for you.
