James Dunn finishes fourth in Uddevalla

The second round of the 125 cc 2 stroke Motocross European Championship took place this weekend at the beautiful track with perfect track conditions at Uddevalla (Sweden).

First race (Saturday) was won with a start finish victory by the Italian rider Simone Zecchina (Suzuki) in front of the Belgian Damon Graulus (KTM) and on third position was the Italian Samuele Bernadini (KTM).

On Sunday in rain, the second race was won by Italian Samuele Bernadini (KTM) in front of Simone Zecchina (Suzuki) and Slovenian Tim Gajser (KTM).

Zecchina is still the leader of the championship with 94 points, followed by Bernardini with 88 points.

Britain’s James Dunn produced a great performance to finish 4th overall which pushes him to third in the championship.

The only other British rider in Uddevalla was Luke Dean who finished in 14th.

The next round of this Championship is scheduled on the 10th of July in Teutschental (Germany).
