A great second round result for Alex Lupino in the World MX2 Championship held at the superb Sevlievo track in Bulgaria.
After finishing in eighth place in Saturday’s qualifying sessions, Lupino put in a fairly lacklustre performance in the first race.

Alex complained that he began to flag physically halfway through the race due to arm pump and was forced to slow down, finally having to settle for fourteenth place.

However, in the second race Lupino made a decisive start and managed to finish in sixth place. Thanks to this result he finishes the Bulgarian GP in tenth place overall, as he does in the world championship rider standings after two rounds.

A lacklustre performance from Larrieu who never really got into the race, hampered by a couple of bad starts.
