Yesterday in France a judge decided that current world championship leader of Red Bull KTM must finish the the 2009 season on a HONDA machine.

Without getting into it in legal terms Marvin will race the French and GP’s back under the NGS awning – now this will be interesting.

Keep your eyes peeled for him this weekend in Sweden.
