MX TRAX MEMBERS TAKE ON MALLORY GP TRACK

In 2008 RHL Activities Limited did something that had never been done before, when they invited selected members of the MX Trax forum community to attend the Motocross Grand Prix of Great Britain media day, and to ride the Mallory Park track ahead of the event.

So successful was the day, and so useful was the feedback from the 22 forum members who attended, that RHL Activities have decided to do the same again ahead of the 2009 British Grand Prix.

An invitation was extended to the MX Trax forum community, and 30 lucky members were selected from a list of more than 100 people who’d applied to attend the media day, which this year will be held on Thursday 21st May. 6, 09

The selected forum members will attend a safety briefing at the Mallory Park circuit, before being let loose on a track that has been purpose built for this year’s British world championship round.

As well as riding the track they’ll also get to compare notes with MX1 and MX2 World Championship contenders like Billy Mackenzie, Tom Church, Stephen Sword and Jason Dougan.

And to add a little excitement, RHL Activities will be putting up a prize for the most embarrassing crash of the day!

The 30 lucky MX Trax forum members who get to ride at the media day are: George Mair, Jamie Maclean, Jim Davis, Travis Fotty, Andy Baxter, Andy Tyler, Mitch Brooks, Fraser Law, Stuart Harper, James Palmer, Jo Maclean, Kevin Harvey, Kim Stewart, Lee Gaskin, Leon Dolby, Craig Marsden, Martyn Roberts, Lewis Roberts, Adam Mitchell, Martin Sumner, David Jones, Gary Audsley, Paul Warren, Richard Lennard, Scott Fient, Simon Neal, Dan Grove, Stuart Dawes, Gavin Thomas, Tom Blades.

The Motocross Grand Prix of Great Britain, which this year incorporates the British round of the World Supermoto Championship, takes place at Mallory Park on the 30th and 31st of May. RHL Activities has planned a packed weekend of entertainment both on and off the track, with racing from the very best riders worldwide.
