Evotech Stevens Honda is pleased to announce that it has signed Frenchman Steven Lenoir for 2013. The twenty-year-old Parisian debuted in the British motocross scene in 2012 and proved to be a formidable opponent in the championships he contested, ending the Red Bull Pro Nationals Championship in the runner-up position. Signing Lenoir signals a new stage for Evotech Stevens Honda. Building on the strong foundations laid this year, the team will once again focus on the Maxxis British and Red Bull Pro National MX2 championships as well as some selected FIM MX2 Grand Prix.
Commented Matt Hutchins: “I am delighted to have signed Steven for 2013. I had already seen the speed that he had shown to win the FIM EMX2 championship in 2010 and have been really impressed with the way he has adapted to the British tracks and style of racing this year. I believe that after a full winter of testing with Steven and the Honda CRF 250, we will be in a strong position to challenge for more championships in 2013.”
