No Supercross for Townley!

Rumours were buzzing around the industry that Ben Townley will race Supercross this weekend in New Zealand, well folks he’s not – here’s why.

“”Hey everyone, just wanted to drop a line about what’s been happening but more specifically about the SX in Waikato stadium this weekend. A lot of rumors have been going around that I’ll be racing but I’m sorry to disappoint you. I will certainly be there to support the race but it will be from the stands and not the start line. Although I’m back riding it’s a different story lining up for a Supercross race without having much time on the track. I’m looking forward to cheering on our NZ boys and to seeing a lot of my fans,” Townley said.
