Valentino Rossi crashes hard in motocross accident

Arguably the best motorcycle rider on the planet had a close shave on his motocross bike yesterday (Thursday) while practising on a track near his home.

At first it was thought he may miss next weeks MotoGP race in Japan with a broken collarbone but after checks this morning it was diagnosed as bruising – a close call for the “doctor”

This was Rossi riding motocross in November 2009, he’s not to shabby.
