FOUR PODIUMS IN THREE CLASSES FOR HUSQVARNA IN UNADILLA
Last weekend the tenth round of the GNCC took place in Unadilla, New Berlin, NY.
The riders of the F.A.R. Husqvarna team showed again how competitive they are. In the XC2 Pro Lites class after a bad start Andrew DeLong made up his way back to the top. After championship-leader Steward Baylor Jr. had to go to the pits due to a flat tire it was a battle between the former team-mates Andrew DeLong and Jason Thomas. The battle for the lead ended after both riders hit a mud-hole, from which Delong was able to escape faster than Thomas.
Meanwhile Nick Davis on the second Husqvarna had almost unnoticed worked his way up through the field to third position and started to battle for the second place with Morgan Moss. At the end Andrew Delong won the race more than 3 Minutes in front of Morgan Moss and secured his 4th victory in the last five races. Nick Davis finished on a strong third place less than 2 seconds behind Moss. In the point standings DeLong closes the gap to leader Baylor Jr. down to 13 points and to second placed Thomas to 3 points. This means with 3 races left Andrew is back in the fight for the title.
Additionally in the Senior C (40+) class Luc Gingnas secured a 3rd place and in the 200B class Craig Delong strengthens his Championship lead with another win.
STRONG RACE OF KYLE REDMOND
Kyle Redmond, team-mate of Cory Graffunder, was able to show his potential for the first time in this year’s season. Kyle had a good start and defended his third place until short before the end of the race. Nevertheless this fourth place is the best finish of the season so far for the American and it shows that we can expect more in the future.

AGAIN PODIUMS FOR HUSQVARNA PILOTS IN RESISTANCE CASSERRE
Last weekend, the riders of Husqvarna MB Racing, Josep, Edgard and Rafa Garcia participated in Casserres (Bergueda) an endurance test of 3 hours. For Husqvarna pilots this was an ideal good workout for the upcoming enduro races which will be held in the coming months. In the timed sections were led by Rafa Garcia, with his Husqvarna TE 310, until Edgard and Josep stamped the fastest time into the dirt. The classification was with Josep / Edgard, piloting a Husqvarna CR 125 and a TE 310 in first place ahead of Ramon Brucart / Alex Diaz both on regulars MX3 Yamahas, which made the result achieved by the Garcia brothers even more sweeter. Already at the start, Rafa Garcia put himself into first place and continued with a very conservative pace for the next three hours alone in front of the field. Soon after Josep overtook Rafa he was taking seconds from Brucart in second. When Edgar took over, he was able to increase the gap to his closest pursuer Burcart, finishing the race with a lap more than the second placed team which secured the RS1 Senior win and the first place in the classification “scratch”. Meanwhile, Rafa Garcia finished the race in the only to the solo riders dedicated RT 1 class in first place.
