ELITE SUCCESS FOR DUNN AT LANDRAKE
The first round of the Elite Youth Cup took place at the weekend at Landrake in Cornwall. With the weather on the rider’s side Team Doodson Suzuki Youth rider James Dunn was looking to perform well on his big wheel Suzuki RM85.
With a weekend full of action packed racing Dunn was to show that consistent results can give you important points. With a great opening round and hard riding throughout, Dunn was to secure a fourth, second and fourth on Saturday and a fourth and second on the Sunday.
This would leave Dunn trailing Sunny Thomson who leads overall by just one point in the championship standings.
There will be no rest for Dunn with the next round of the BYMX at Leuchars this coming weekend.
